Welcome to the Unclaimed Monies Namibia Blog

Millions of Namibian dollars in unclaimed insurance policies, pension payouts, and dormant bank accounts sit waiting to be claimed across our country. In many cases, these funds belong to individuals who simply don't know they exist, or to families who lost track of legacy benefits over time due to outdated contact details or changed addresses.

Intelligent Tracing Solutions (ITS) was created to fix this gap.

We are excited to launch this new online hub—findunclaimedmoniesnamibia.blogspot.com—to provide Namibians with direct access to information, tools, and tracing assistance to help reconnect citizens and financial institutions with uncollected assets.

What We Do

ITS provides dependent and beneficiary tracing services across Namibia, specialising in:

  • Individuals & Families: Helping citizens check for and locate unclaimed insurance proceeds, pension/provident funds, and lost assets.

  • Institutions (Banks, Funds & Insurers): Assisting financial entities in locating rightful beneficiaries to clear statutory disbursements and comply with financial regulations.

Access Over 30 Years of Namibian Government Gazettes

To drive transparency and make historical research easier for everyone, we have also compiled and digitised a comprehensive online index of Namibian Government Gazettes published since 1990.

If you are looking for historical gazette publications, official legal notices, or published unclaimed monies lists, you can explore our full archive directly online:
